Veteran Gated Homestead

Our gated homestead community provides comfortable and secure housing exclusively for veterans aged 55 and older. Each residence is thoughtfully designed to promote independence, accessibility, and privacy while fostering a strong sense of community.

Our pioneering approach involves incorporating animal-assisted therapy with miniature livestock. In our initial phase, we are introducing a unique concept featuring a full herd of registered Nigerian Dwarf goats. These goats have been carefully selected and acclimated to interact with Veterans and other individuals, engaging in regular socialization sessions over the past two years.

Veteran Peer Supported Therapy

Connection is vital to recovery. Our community facilitates peer support networks where veterans can share experiences, offer encouragement, and forge meaningful friendships with fellow residents who understand their journey.

Veteran Residential Homes

Our eco-friendly homes are crafted using repurposed shipping containers, minimizing environmental impact while maximizing efficiency and durability. Each residence is constructed with two 40-foot shipping containers, expertly designed for safety and functionality. With over 50 years of experience in carpentry and home construction, our dedicated contractor ensures the highest quality craftsmanship. Drawing from our founder's 17 years of nursing experience, our homes are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of an aging population, prioritizing safety and comfort. Additionally, input from our co-founder, a post-9/11 Army veteran, ensures that every aspect of our homes reflects the unique preferences and requirements of our veteran residents."
